Looking For A Remote Access Program

For those of you who are new readers, I run a business from home (which is a great perk), but, there are times when it can become a burden. For example, last week I hired a guy that is really of expertiece in the field I need, however, he lives about 500 miles away from me. So, as nice as it is to be able to talk on the phone and explain to him things, there are just some things I can’t do. I need to be able to show him how to do things using the software my company uses and I just can’t do it without some type of remote control software.
Thankfully, I found some really awesome remote access program that will allow him to view my computer and see exactly what I’m doing, allowing me to train him. It’s just not something I could do over the phone…he needs to see it, live. So, he can sit on his computer at home, I can do the same, and he’ll be able to see what I’m doing on my computer and vice versa. And with all that said, it’s totally safe. They use a 256-bit encryption – the highest in its class to make sure it’s a secure connection and nobody else is able to see what we’re doing. Very very cool, and very very useful!
