Local Police Officer Arrested For Fraud

Oceanside Police Sgt. Walter McWilson was expected to be arraigned in court today of charges related to grand theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy to defraud. A warrant for McWilson’s arrest was issued by the Superior Court on Tuesday. McWilson was expected to surrender today at the Vista jail.
Yikes. Like we needed this again…
O’Side cops really need to have a more professional screening process or something.
