I Don’t Need A Lawyer – But He Does!

So, how many times have you had your cell phone start buzzing at about 3:00 am on a Sunday, well, actually now Monday morning? Yea, I haven’t had that pleasure much either but I was lucky enough to be awoken early this morning with a phone call from a buddy of mine. And guess where he was?! Yep! He was in a holding center up in a Los Angeles jail – I kid you not. He was getting himself bailed out, but, he wanted to call me because he knew I had internet access and could find him the information he needed. In short, all I know is somehow, someway, he and another guy ended up in a fist fight and the cops busted them both. I don’t know what was done or why it started, but, he got arrested and is now in need of some legal help. So, being the good friend that I am, I hopped on the internet and typed in a Criminal Defense Attorney Los Angeles to see what I’d get. I wrote down the number and I’ll pass it along to him as soon as he gives me another call.

Which is kinda funny, but, I’ve really got into the whole casino thing lately. It’s such a blast. Though, I’m not a huge gambler, I do enjoy it in small doses. Anyway, the problem I’ve been having is what sites to use, you know? I want to make sure I’m playing on the best sites and winning the most money I can. haha. So, I was looking for some casino games and their reviews and I came across TX Casino Games which I think has become one of my favorite websites.

Too good to be true, huh? Well, I don’t know about you, but I like to try things out before I do them, you know? One thing I’ve always wanted to do is go to a casino, but, not pay for it. Too good to be true, right? haha. Well, not really. I just found a new service that’s been online for over three years now that will allow you to gamble and not cost you a penny. Isn’t that awesome!? Did You Feel The Earthquake?

Wow!! I’ve been through some earthquakes, even was somewhat near the 1989 San Francisco one, but last nights was INSANE! A 7.3 earthquake? Right here in California? The house shook soooo hard. It was just a rolling one, rather than a violent shake….but man. You wanna talk about some serious panic and rolling around…haha…wow. Heck of an Easter holiday, that’s for sure!

Shots Fired In Poway

Some kind of neighborhood feud apparently provoked a long-time resident of a quiet Poway street to arm himself with two guns Sunday, walk to a corner home where his neighbors were having Easter dinner and riddle the house with bullets, sheriff’s officials said Monday.

By the time the violence was over, the gunman had killed a couple in their 50s who lived in the single-story home at 13801 Olive Grove Place and two deputies had shot and killed him, sheriff’s Lt. Dennis Brugos said.

Three other people in the house just off of Community Road were unhurt, Brugos said.

The names of the dead still have not been released.

Thinking Of A Father’s Day Present

I know most people don’t do this, but, in addition to getting my Stepfather a Father’s Day gift, I always get my Grandpa one….or at least, attempt to. See, the problem with him is that he’s very hard to buy for. He doesn’t do much and what he does do, he does a lot of.  He’s a big time golfer (he plays a full round every day…haha), a big time fisherman, and, he’s a big time hunter. The problem I always run into is that I run out of things to buy him dealing with golf and fishing, and I don’t really know that much about hunting. I did decide to do some research though and found out some info about some air guns. So, I asked him if he was interested or wanting any and he mentioned the Crosman air pistol so, I think that’ll be my purchase for him. He seemed really interested in it, so, hopefully he really does want it!
